Shipping policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.

• Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days.

• Overnight Shipping: Delivery by the next business day if ordered before 12 PM.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

We offer international shipping to select countries. Please allow 7-14 business days for international delivery, depending on your location. International customers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Shipping Restrictions:

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact the carrier for more assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
